Hodgdon’s is the Perfect location with easy access to town and quiet evenings. The Dockmaster ( Ian) was excellent and had us set up quickly . We will be back for sure!!

Good well located marina near the town centre. We took a mooring right next to the marina which made getting ashore easy. The dockmaster was very helpful and the marina facilities were good.

As with past stays, Ian was very helpful and made sure we were all set.
Great dock and the location is an easy walk to the Boothbay downtown.

Manager Ian McKay was fantastic!!! he fixed our hot water heater which was not commissioned by our yard. Can’t say enough how much we like the quiet and support we get at Hodgdons

A little difficult to reach the marina by phone. Was not given any information about wi-fi, showers, laundry. Friendly attendant, however, with all the answers when asked. Quiet mooring with only minor motion in light winds from the open south. Easy and pheasant walk to town in the evening and a row over in the morning. Would be happy to come back unless strong winds from the south.

As they say on their website, they’re on the “quite” side of the harbor but only a five minute walk into town. Nice town. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Even a nice library. There’s a post office and hardware store in downtown as well. The marina was clean, bathrooms clean, docks in good condition, staff helpful. Worth a couple of extra dollars for a mooring out of the main harbor IMO.

I got a mooring last week and dock this week. Moorings and docks in great condition. Good electrical service. Easy to pull in for fuel. Wade, who was working there, got the town pump out boat to come over and that went smoothly. Wifi worked well and bathrooms/showers were clean and adequate. Marina is lightly staffed so they didn’t answer on 9 but I called on the cell and pulled into dock and the guy came out. Convenient location for Boothbay Harbor. Quiet end of the harbor, 10 min walk to town.

About Hodgdon Marina
An ideal stopover point when heading east from Portland is Hodgdon Marina in Boothbay Harbor. Located on the quiet side of the harbor - yet still within walking distance of downtown's restaurants, galleries, and shops - the facility provides at the dock depths ranging from 8-18 feet, 750 linear feet of space, gas and diesel fuel, 30-, 50-, and 100-amp hookups, and full marina amenities. The spacious venue has the capacity to accommodate large sail and power boat fleets for comfortable socializing both on and off the water. Mobile boat repair is available, and extensive projects can be catered to by Hodgdon Yacht Services, a full-service boatyard. Currently offering fuel Monday - Friday, seven days a week Memorial Day - Labor Day.
