Regarding the separation of your group, we understand that this can be frustrating and we regret that we were not able to accommodate your request as we had hoped. Our bookings go off the size of your boat and where it makes sense to place you guys. Our Marina does face some high winds and strong currents which may have played into where you were placed. We will definitely take this into consideration for future bookings and try to improve our processes. Regarding the laundry service, we understand that our requirement for quarters only can be inconvenient. We do offer currency exchange services at our front desk, so we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately with the layout of the marina, certain slips can be tighter and more difficult than others. Chaffing protection is something we have looked into for the bulkhead but there aren't many good options that we feel would work efficiently and effectively. We do have a heated pool across the street accessible to all members staying at the marina. We are sorry for any inconveniences you may have encountered during your stay with us and would love to help you have a better experience next time.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to adjust our operations to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Unfortunately, this has led to some limitations in our services, including the closure of our restaurant and bars. However, they are up and running just like before! During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were short-staffed and would like to apologize that you felt the accommodation was subpar.
