No facilities such as heads. WiFi was so bad it was useless. Make sure you phone call and makes arrangements there is no one on site.

A most pleasant place to visit, both the town and marina. The Oxford Yacht Agency pier is solid, the bathhouse clean and roomy, management friendly and relaxed. John is not easy to reach by phone or VHF; we docked ourselves at the first vacant slip but there were no issues. Location is superb, at quieter end of town but still a short walk from shops,etc. A great spot and good value.
About Oxford Yacht Agency
Slips located in the basin can accommodate boats up to 42′. Larger boats are welcome to reserve some of our slips that are on the approach to the marina. Maximum draft in the slips closest to the entrance is about 8′. Slips near the end of the harbor can only accommodate about 3′ draft. We reserve a few slips in front of the shop for access to boats which are being worked on.
We have restrooms and showers which were renovated in 2014 available for our slip guests. The property does have a fence and gates which are locked when necessary. There is a water hookup at least at every other slip. We do shut off the water before the first freeze of the season to protect our plumbing. We try to get the water running again when the threat of freezing is over.
There are specific parking areas. When you leave on an extended trip please ask the yard manager where to leave your car.
