From the moment we decided on vineyard haven we were happy with our complete experience. Tom at Vineyard Haven Marina was quick and clear with his communication. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. He was there to greet us and help us dock. He gave us great tips for where to eat and how to get around. The facilities were very clean and well stocked for those little things you might forget. Tom took care to put us in a space with our comfort in mind. He took into account that there was to be a change in the wind direction overnight. We slept beautifully. The marina is out of the flow of ferry traffic but you can watch them come and go. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and a real grocery store. The harbor is full of gorgeous sailboats, most made next door to the marina. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Great Marina, great location and great staff. So refreshing to have responsive, helpful and hands on staff to assist with docking and anything else we needed. Matt and Tom are fantastic. Great restaurant and bar, very cool place. Very family friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Difficult to contact upon arrival, slip was not accommodating for smaller vessels (mine was 27') and at low tide it was under the dock and metal ladder at my slip. While unattended, mid to low tide I assume, heavy black scrapes were made midship and near the stern on the dock side from it reaching the bottom of the dock bumpers. Very nice folks working and surely a nice stay for larger boats requiring more attention. I just needed a slip and felt like an "add on" despite paying close to $800 for 3 nights, not sure I would use again unless I brought a larger vessel and demanded more attention.

Best kept secret around amazing Marina. Amazing Staff amazing restaurant two minutes from town two minutes from West Marine, two minutes from Stop & Shop and a private beach all to yourself who could ask for more once discovered Never forgotten

Asked to stay one more day due to the weather. Was told they were full and had no room. Willing to get me on a ball. The wind was blowing. Somehow they rearranged the boats and got me on another dock. Best marina !!

About Vineyard Haven Marina

Martha's Vineyard, known for it's crystalline green shores, Atlantic breezes, fabulous shops, eateries and pubs, scenic and historic towns - and Vineyard Haven Marina is known for the numerous amenities and privacy it ensures its guests. Our deep water moorings and dockage can accommodate vessels up to 250 feet in length. Vessels over 60 feet looking for transient moorings should hail on the radio when entering the harbor. The marina will arrange shore side accommodations, dining reservations, special Island tours, and air or ground transportation, to name a few. Come to Vineyard Haven Marina: we're here to make your Vineyard visit an experience that will exceed your expectations!

All moorings are on the outside of the break-wall. Launch service is seasonal and is provided separately by Vineyard Haven Launch Service, please contact them directly for hours and dates of operation.
