Fun time and great atmosphere! The dockhands were friendly and got us tied up in our slip with great skill and professionalism. Will definitely go back.

The Chesapeake Inn Marina was perfect for our overnight experience in town. The staff was helpful, the docks were in great shape and the facility was clean and welcoming. Had an incredible dinner at the upstairs restaurant. Highly recommend!

Looking forward to having a Slip for my pontoon boat in 2027.

Absolutely amazing!!! Two of the best Dockhands we have ever experienced. Cute town. Worth the visit!!!

Ryan, the dock hand was fantastic! Clear instructions, exceptionally helpful and quite skilled. Cool to watch him tie off a cleat without even bending over! Bathrooms needed a little attention. Chesapeake City is a quaint little town. Check out the Canal Museum at the Army Corps office, a short walk. The Inn has live music and the food was decent. A nice stop to time tides in the canal.

This is and has been one of the nicest locations we have stayed at! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to provide top level customer service! The marina restaurant was top level, and the surrounding town had multiple venues for food, drink, and shopping. We highly recommend this Marina as a destination point. We had a medical emergency during our stay this trip and the staff could not have been any better. Several staff members regularly stopped by asking if we were ok, brining water, and cold towels while we were waiting for the Ambulance. Once again this staff is the best we have seen in our travels.

This was our second stay here. The first time was on the T-head and this one was in a slip. Pre-docking communication was available via VHF, clear, concise, and professional. There was plenty of assistance with lines and advice was available. Dockmaster Clement was VERY helpful and does a great job orchestrating all the comings and goings of the vessels. We have eaten in the upstairs restaurant and the downstairs portion as well. The prices vary according to altitude :) . Both are great though. CIR&M is a very convenient walk to downtown and also over to the C&D Canal Museum. We would highly recommend the museum. It has quite a bit of history and was very interesting. Also, you have already paid for admission (free = run by the Army Corps with your tax dollars)! Escape Pod Cruisers Yachts 4450 45' x 15.5' x 3.5'

Clement helped bring us in and tie us up safely. The floating docks are well spaced in great shape. The restaurants are awesome. The facilities are very nice. There was live music at the tiki hut. Really a wonderful spot!

Dock hand Cade was fantastic - got us in a great slip. We had a small issue with electrical connection and despite being completely slammed busy - Cade took care of it quickly with a smile. Great times always at The Inn!

Maybe it was us but too loud docking next to the restaurant and live music stage. Too many loud go fast boats. Too much turnover .

I’ve been out of boating for the last ten years. I’m just returning and what a treat to have a night here and experience it again. Great people,,atmosphere and care. Thank you!

We loved this Marina! The assist with docking was great. We enjoyed how clean, and fresh the environment was. I’m an artist, and found so many “paintable”. Scenes. The restaurant on property downstairs was delicious, and the live music was great. There is an upscale restaurant upstairs that looked lovely, , we will try that one on the return visit.

We visited overnight and enjoyed the stay. The dockhand made creative use of the structure under the floating dock to keep our boat in great position through some significant storms. Our only complaint had to do with the restaurant. Another boat on C dock was getting routine service and deliveries from the staff, but we were told to order food and come back to pick it up. The Admiral was confused, but the food was good. Although I think we saw everything Chesapeake City has to offer, we will likely return.

Dock Master Clemens was a rock star...

Great place to stop before entering the C&D. But watch out for shallow water, there are no markers designating the channel in/out. I draw 4.5ft so stay as close as possible to the east side to avoid a grounding . Restaurant and bar were great, lots of local traffic here as well.

The dock hand staff is incredibly. Informative to the captain while docking the boat into the slip.

Dock hands are among the best we have found anywhere. Busy weekend with a boat show, fireworks, weddings and they kept their cool and got it done!.

Wonderful visit. Awesome dock staff, great dockside restaurant with. Boat-side food/drink service. Lively Saturday night crowd. Fun town to walk around with more options. Boaters bathroom is our only disappointment. Used by kitchen staff and public. Very unclean And only two rooms.

What a treasure. Staff, town and facility were nice. We stayed on generator overnight as they didn’t have 100 amp single.
