About The Yards Marina
The Yards Marina in Washington, D.C. is a brand-new, 52-slip marina located in D.C.’s hottest new neighborhood. Situated on the Anacostia River, steps from Nationals Park and the Yards Park, the marina gives boaters direct access to the ballpark, and 10 square blocks of fine dining, craft breweries, luxury apartments and popular retailers. In addition, The Yards Marina features ample amenities for annual, seasonal and transient guests, as well as top-notch customer service to ensure your stay in D.C. is comfortable.

The great new marina at The Yards is now open with both transient and seasonal boat slips available. This is your new port for dining, events and ballgames via The Yards Marina located on the north bank of the Anacostia between Nationals Park and the Washington Navy Yard!
We are a brand new marina, just opened as of July 1, 2016. We are still getting our sea legs so please bear with us!
Procedures and logistics are still being worked out, but our docks, water, and electricity all seem to be working just fine. We welcome your suggestions, comments, and corrections!
The Yards is a wonderful location and community, so please take some time to visit ashore and check out all the restaurants, sites, and, retail establishments. Lastly, Forest City Washington, developer of The Yards community, has some very nice apartments in case you are looking for DC residence options!
