Great facilities ! Good docks, very nice bathrooms and friendly service. Excellent restaurant just a short walk and on the bay! The city is about 3 miles away if you wanted to venture that way

Water and docks were disgusting. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up when we called because they don’t staff the gas dock. The staff was kind but kinda sleazy and made my wife uncomfortable. I was also assigned a slip that had a jet ski in it. I didn’t take that slip and just grabbed an empty slip. I was so happy I did because that jetski was there the whole time and we watched it crash into the dock where I was supposed to be by teenagers. I also came down on Friday night and the boat next to us had 15 drunk teenagers partying.

We respect all feedback, and this situation was most definitely a first for us. The staff at St. Albans Bay Marina has always prided itself on our hospitality. Our business was built on the backbone of getting to know our boaters, and we are truly sorry that our kindness was misconstrued by you or your spouse.
Regarding your specific concerns, it does happen on occasion that our marina map is not immediately updated when there is a change in slip locations. Additionally, as you live in Franklin County, I am sure you are aware of the severe storm that crossed the lake on August 10th. We unfortunately have no control over the weather or how it affects algae blooms. Finally, we do not tolerate underage drinking; this policy is strictly outlined in our contracts, and because we live at the marina, we monitor the grounds closely.

Very attentive staff. My battery died and they had a new one in stock ready to go in 5 minutes! Will be back again for sure!

Just absolutely perfect. Great hospitality, great location, and the local mechanic helped tweak the carb on our 40 year old Volvo Penta. She has never started and run better since I bought it.

Great Marina a mile south of the Canadian boarder. The place is well protected by a tall seawall. The staff was accommodating and handled our need for fuel and pump out.

What a great marina!
Thought the rates were very fair and gas is only $1 more than the store across the street
Staff was knowledgeable and easy to deal with

Wonderful marina! We were a group of 12 people in 4 boats that spent a rainy day at this marina and had the best time! We had everything we needed, showers, laundry, restaurant, store, etc. The best part was a large lounge area with tables, chairs, a full kitchen and TV where we spent the day together and had a blast. Thank you for providing such outstanding facilities!

Nice Marina, helpful and nice staff. The owner was extremely friendly and checked in with us a few times. Bathroom was clean and nice. Picnic area with cornhole and fire pit. I’d recommend visiting the marina.

This is a new marina, the harbor/bath house is beautiful. Chuck allowed us into our slip 2 hours early, which was awesome because the threat of storms was quite high. All of the Employees were very kind, professional, and helpful when getting into the gas dock, and our slip in the windy conditions.
Overall a very nice place to stay, with a convenience store, and the Restaurant right across the street. They also provide a tent, with gas grills, and a picnic table. Big thumbs up!

Wonderful new marina. The docks are fabulous. Very wide and stable. The crew are very friendly and eager to help. The clubhouse bathrooms are great! Clean, new, large! The restaurant is within easy walking distance and a great little town about 3 miles up the street (take a taxi).

Fabulous marina! Easy in and out, gas prices are reasonable, lots and lots of room. I suggest they offer A short term rate (1-3 hour) for those who want to have dinner at the Bayside or just grab a creemee at the corner store.

Take a detour off broad lake and check out this brand new marina. Class A marina just opening. Amazing docks, staff and location. Clubhouse will rival any I have stayed at. A must stop if heading to or from Canada.
