We stay at Kingman every year and it's always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and always there to help. Nearby Bassett's Island has a nice beach with warm water. It's an all-around great place to visit! My only issue is that the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. We were docked near the office but I couldn’t get more than 2 bars even with my own personal hot spot. Pictures wouldn’t download. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Another wonderful stay at Kingman. Sophie and her team make this place special. The new welcome letter was a joy to receive and read. Also, as in all boating, things break. Well on a Sunday morning, with the parts department closed, Sophie walked us through to search and provide direction for obtaining the part. Always, above and beyond! Thank you Sophie and team!

KINGMAN Yacht is one of the best, very accommodating, great location and the chart room restaurant was excellent and handled 10 of us with great service and food. Only complain I always seem to get stuck with the food and drink bill

I gave it 5 stars only because 6 stars of more were not available. Always, Always one of the best days one the water in any year. You guys run a great marine and a great Restaraunt and out door area.

I just wanted to say that our visit to Kingman was fabulous. Personal call the day before to welcome coming and marina instructions, great dock and launch staff, and above and beyond service. Sophie picked up ethanal free gas and delivered to our boat from the local Ace Hardware and two boats on our cruise had mechanical problems solved in a day. We will be back again hopefully for a longer stay. Thanks Sophie and staff!!!

This is the friendliest most efficient crew you will find anywhere. Our stay involved a big gathering at the Chart Room where we were given our own area. Chart Room was very accommodating. Kingman and Chart Room work together to serve boaters.

The staff are the friendliest people I’ve every encountered at a boat yard. From Sophie the Harbormaster to the launch driver and the wait staff at the Chart Room.our member were able to get boat repairs done without waiting and the Marina Car, a shiny Audi was a our disposal for shopping. And, it was a Must goback.perfect day on Basset island’sbeach.

The dockmaster, Sophie and the rest of the crew were excellent, from the launch operators to the fuel dock personnel. Sophie reached out to us to confirm our arrival and answered any questions concerning the approach to the marina. She couldn't have more helpful. The bathrooms and families were clean and having access to the Chart Room restaurant is always a plus.
Kingsman Marine is always a stopover for us when we're in Buzzards Bay.

Kingman Yacht Center sets the standard for customer service. From greeting you by name when you call in on arrival to remembering your dog's name, they make you feel genuinely welcome. The attention to detail is incredible. What really impressed us was that after we had already departed, the dockmaster called to apologize that she hadn't had the chance to meet us in person and simply wanted to thank us for staying the night. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it's what makes Kingman a place we'll definitely return to.
