Beautiful location, wonderful staff, courtesy car helpful for provisioning. West Marine close by courtesy car. Stayed two nights on the main dock which was calm due to a no wake zone. Ubered into Savannah which is only 20 minutes at the most. Would definitely stay again!

Great marina, great location! A perfect location for visiting the area. Isle of Hope is a charming town and very close to Savannah. Really appreciated using their courtesy car to get provisions, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Great marina with incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The courtesy car was a great bonus, making it easy to go pick up provisions in the area. Peaceful location—highly recommend!

Really beautiful spot to stop. Great Marina staff, easy to get a courtesy car to go into town which has a small grocery, liquor store, and several restaurants. We had an amazing meal in town at one of the two restaurants they recommended (I can’t recall which but it’s the two that compete with eachother).

We love Isle of Hope! The people are super nice and the ability to borrow a curtesy car is great! Superwalmart is close and has everything!

What’s good: The staff are professional and very welcoming. The dock hand was very skilled helping us into a tight fit with wind and current working against us. The GM was very helpful with questions and made us feel very welcome.
What’s not so good and needs attention: The marina shows signs of aging: the bathrooms and laundry room need serious updating; when you leave the docks you walk on stones and dirt which make for a dusty and dirty entrance to the dock office and then back to your boat; the lighting around the docks is minimal and one must use a flashlight to move about safely. It’s unfortunate that this marina has not been kept up to date, it’s shabby and rundown looking, something more similar to a fishing dock rather than a marina. I’m hoping the new owners will take a good look around and ask themselves if this is a marina they would like to have their boat, their wives, children and pets spend time.
The staff make this place and the surrounding area if you like to walk around and have the feel of old Savannah, the neighborhood is beautiful.
