Haven Harbour Marina

We have been visiting once a year for many years in a row. From when our groups kids were little, to today when they are starting off on their own....The Marina never disappoints. I had this review but never sent it years ago... sorry about that ! here goes..... My family and I have stayed here several years in a row. Haven Harbour has become a favorite destination. The docks and grounds are well maintained, and every staff member seems focused to ensure our stay is great. On our most recent trip we had a mechanical issue and several HH folks including Greta were quick to help us getting fixed. And this was on a holiday weekend! Thanks, we will be back.

Everything was great except the beer at the bar. Need to get better refrigeration. Way to warm to serve. But overall, the marina is beautiful with nice amenities.

Haven Harbour is a great marina. It is very calm, peaceful and clean! The pool is enjoyable and the free bikes are a plus. Just a short bike ride in to town. You can also rent golf carts. The bathroom are plentiful, the bar/grill is very convenient, we only ordered drinks. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Great two night stay at Haven Harbor. Dock service was solid, pools were nice, Passages delivered with Old Bay wings, and the other boaters were polite and courteous. Really good marina!

Haven Harbor is one of my favorite destinations on the Eastern Shore. Friendly, great service & very clean. The golf carts are a welcome addition

Marina very well kept. Internet and wifi worked very well. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for 2 nights with friends & our kids for my husbands birthday. Had lunch at passages Fri and loved it. Great service food & drinks! We love the amenities! Resort feel at pool with all the palms and greenery. We rented a golf cart for Saturday and loved exploring Rock Hall. Having access to sister marina at South was a plus. Love the beach area. We stayed there last year and was definitely more crowded on Sat. Pool was too packed! We were planning on spending the afternoon having drinks at admirals and late lunch early dinner at Ark & Dove but was so crowded we didn’t stay. It seems like there was a lot of big groups that were not even staying at the marinas ( day boats) ( bar hopper groups) that just filtered in and overtook the marina. Which for us a transients paying to stay there was disappointing. We couldn’t get drinks at bar let alone wait for food. People were cutting in line…cut my daughter off who just wanted a cup of ice…. I get it was the 1st nice sat in a month but think need to prep better! Despite that we will definitely be back to stay. Golf cart rentals are a plus. We love being able to get around town without having to wait for bus.

Very clean and organized staff was helpful

Most expensive marina yet. If they are going to charge 4.80/ft for holiday weekends, then the restaurant needs to be open and the heads / showers need an upgrade. The pool is great, and is in the shade, so that was nice. If you are there to have work done on the boat they are probably a good stop. The marina store is well stocked and staff is knowledgeable.

We enjoyed our stay at Haven Harbour very much. First time there, and we'll be back.

Very nice floating docks. Slip convenient to services. Great shaded pool. It can be a bit difficult to get ice after hours, but that is a minor inconvenience. Ships Stors and parts department were very helpful, thanks Barb!

This year's stay was more than just passing through as it involved the loss of my boat's alternator and batteries that could not support the engine's continued operation. Bobby (Dock Master) and Curtis (Parts Manager) went well beyond expectations with docking and internet research to find a replacement part. My annaul summer cruise with Main Line Sail and Power turned out to be a total success because of these two. Haven Harbor has become, not only "The" preferred port of call on my boating trips, but the home port for two of the nicest people I have ever been lucky enough to get to know. Beautiful, clean full -service marina. Even the "free" bikes are perfectly maintained.

Great long weekend at Haven Harbour. The staff is top in hospitality. The slip holders are warm and inviting to transient. Best.

HHS is a very clean and well run facility with lots to do. Friendly staff.

great facility. pay attention getting in there. clean place. can walk to a couple restaurants (Blue Heron, great local vibe and crab cake), or a little longer hike over to the "south" side marina. slips are ample width and dock hand Bobby was great.

5 stars! Will definitely sail back again!!! Great location for our slip (Red 23). Staff were great as usual. Bikes look new. Great experience!
