We try to visit here at least once each summer. Clean bathrooms, very nice showers, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Elk Rapids. Only complaint was that the bathroom code included on our Dockwa confirmation email was from last year, and it took a bit of running around to get the current code; other than that, though, it was a great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights during Harbor Days and from our initial arrival call, marina staff were totally unhelpful. It seemed to be a bunch of kids goofing off and not actual marina staff working and helping boaters. The marina office was unattended at times and marina “staff” were out wondering together or sitting on the benches when they were supposed to be cleaning. I never saw any staff helping boaters dock or otherwise.

Beautiful marina and wonderful staff. Everyone made our stay so very enjoyable. Special thank you to the nice young people who operate the fuel dock and who show up at our dock to help land us in our slip. Every dock attendant was so nice and helpful!

Wonderful time. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is wonderful and courteous. Every morning staff goes around on a spider roundup using dusters to clean around cleats, lines and power/light pedestals. Best there is on the Great Lakes.

We would come back to our slip(1) and on both occasions there was another boat in the slip. Staff was good about acknowledging it. It was a busy weekend so giving some grace. My suggestion is if you are going to use a shopper dock for a transient slip it should be signed.

Is a well run harbor in very good condition. It is nice and close to walk to town in town has a couple of restaurants and miscellaneous shops.

Always a great place to visit and a wonderful community. Disgusting that they let fishermen dump dead fish in the harbor after a tournament.
