Great seclude place, Quiet, less expensive than others in the area.

Fantastic spot, sheltered, great pool, helpful people, restaurant. Convenient to town.

We organized marina. The only issue was no breakfast Sunday for departing sailors. Would have been nice to have the restrurant open at 7AM like it is on Sunday

Townsend is the best place to stay on the North Fork. Great people.

good location. power on docks is low voltage. would like to know what voltage its supposed to be.

As usual our stay was very nice... we dined at the restaurant and used the pool... The mens showers could use some work and the hand dryers are old and not efficient. But, the price is right and upon checking in to our slip the dock hands were very helpful. Also because my wife has a bit of an issue walking due to a broken foot bone I asked Scott for a slip close to the ramp and he acomadated me. That was very nice of . We will certainly be returning soon.

Always an enjoyable time spent here. I wish they had some one on staff the morning we left I definitely could have used another bag of their amazing ice .Now I had to buy a bag of old ice at the CVS

Loved being at Townsend. Everyone was so friendly. Can’t wait to get back.

Facility is lively, out slip was not a conventual slip, was along see wall and merged with another slip. We had great access. I would suggest they invest in cleaning up and renovating the bathrooms and showers old outdated and dirty.

Their 50 amp power sources did not produce an adequate amount of power and it dipped even further when others used a lot.

Very convenient to walk to town. Lawn and dock area covered with goose poop, hard to access boat without stepping on it.

Nice marina. Easy access

We were place in a non floater slip that I could not get off. Ladder was not on the side I could use due to outboard and placement of swim platform. They readily moved us to a floater. Staff was helpful.
