Easy in and out and the dock master was great. Answered the radio immediatly and greeted us at the dock.

Returned again and Michael did not disappoint. Great service and you can be confident your vessel will be looked after while you on are property. Dockage is somewhat expensive, but worth it for the overall package. Terrific marina in Key Largo - Michael the Dockmaster is very helpful, great addition to a great hotel

We really love this property. We are thankful for DockMaster Smith whom I had contacted prior to arrival. We were arriving on his day off and he made pre arrangements with Zachary from the Hotel to assist us during our arrival. The Marina is small, cozy and super convenient if you are staying at the Hotel. They have water and electricity. Being able to take the boat out for a majestic sunset and return back to the Hotel is a true convenience. We plan to return.

This was our third year staying at Playa Largo. The dock and marina area are in excellent condition and easily accessible. The dock master Micheal was very professional and helpful with all of our needs as well as providing some local knowledge of the surrounding waterways. I highly recommend the resort and having the boat out back is a must. Going back next year for sure!

I’ve been here 14 times with my 40ft boat. Absolutely incredible experience every time. This is always a stop while in the keys. Mike the dock master is incredibly helpful and responsive. The resort is incredible the entire staff always goes above and beyond for my family. This is one of my favorite places to take the boat. 5 stars highly recommend!

Horrible I called the Hotel in advance to make sure I can bring my boat and they have a ramp and storage for the trailer and I was told they have everything on the Hotel not to worry I get here and there is nothing only a small dock and no place to Launch the Boat I had to strangle to find a ramp and a place to storage the trailer and end up damaging my brand new Silverado trying to get to a ramp around the Hotel I really hope the staff at the Hotel can be properly Train so customer don’t go thru to what I just went with my Family this weekend .

Terrible experience. We have been going to Playa Largo by boat for 5 years. For the first time yesterday, they had us download Dockwa and pay $21.50 to dock. We were then escorted to the front desk to confirm our reservation, which I thought was the Dockwa reservation, but were then asked to pay $50/person for a resort pass, which we declined and then were asked to leave. Had we been informed of this resort fee initially, we never would have paid to dock. We will dispute the docking charge. The resort missed out on about $500+ on the bar tab we usually spend.

Once again, Michael was great help! Despite the busy Holiday weekend, he finds a way of helping everyone out and connecting with the guests.

3rd time visiting! Awesome Dockman Mike! He reached out to us prior to our arrival and made sure we were all set! Zach at the pool bar help us book a cabana for our stay and it was amazing! Kevin was our server and went above and beyond taking care of us and the kids. All the staff around the pool did a fantastic job when we were just hanging in the pool. Zach and Mike help carry our bags to the boat when departing which was a huge help with the kids. We had lunch at SOL before leaving and Savannah took great care of us there as well. Very nice all around with staff!

This Marina its absolutely beautiful, the people who works at the hotel have a very nice attitude, their are ready for all our requests. Jeremy the dock master its one of the best dockmasters I meet in my life. The marina is illuminated at night and you have WIFI power and water... The hotel!!! OMG the place its awesome, service at pool its incredible and the pool its beautiful. We stay for 4 days, and every day the hotel employees clean the beach sand and pool. We contact Kevin at the front desk and he help us with lot of questions we have. at the restaurant SOL the manager Sariheidy was very nice, she remember our names every time we go there, food was very good to.., One of the engineers, Diego and Armando, help us with a problem in our boat, even when the problem was not related to the hotel. Very nice to have people who really cares. our room was super clean and big!! Megan our housekeeping was always ready to take care our needs. Thank you Playa Largo for our wonderful time with you. At check out time, everything goes smooth.

There are very few spots and no dock master. Fortunately, there was one spot that opened up when we were arriving, but that was just lucky. We went to check in at the front desk and they didn't have our reservation. Apparently, the front desk doesn't get involved with Dockwa reservations, so they sent me back to the marina to find a woman who had quit several months ago. Finally, I was able to track down a manager who told me that marina guests are not allowed to have access to any resort amenities. Yes...we paid to stay at Playa Largo Resort and couldn't use the resort.

La Playa’s dock facilities are perfect. Karen the Dock Master was there to greet us and assisted with every step; third time by boat and will always keep coming back! Dock to Dock!

Really more of a dock than a marina. But the facility is beautiful and Karen, the dockmaster, was simply great. Any wind from SW to NE will make for a bumpy night. No protection at all. If winds are calm, it's a very nice place to visit.

Great place to come and relax. The ambiance of the resort was so nice that we will definitely come back. Staff is super friendly! Karen, one of the staff employees share with us great recommendations about the restaurant food. Definitely felt like family and will come back.

Had a very pleasant stay at Playa Resort. From the moment of my booking until the day we left. The amenities were great and the staff was very professional! One of the staff members her name is Karen was very knowledgeable about the marina and gave us really great tips! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will be coming back.
