The hose on dock was split in 30 pieces. they didn't have a hose at all and for 800 bucks for 3 days to dock. they should have had nice services including ahose. i would expect that on such a pricey stay

There was a misunderstanding with on other boat that was using the dock and we had an uncomfortable argument with the captain of that boat, he even threaten us with untying the boat if we did not move.

Marina, is very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful place if your a boater, it's very convenient. The only thing is that you have to drop your boat at another marina and look for a place to keep your trailer. I found it close and convenient at Caribbean Club. Just $10 to drop the boat $20 to keep the trailer

Dockwa overbooks marinas !
I booked a slip and my boat didn’t fit in the slip ! Dockmaster had no answers and stood on the dock dumbfounded.
Dockwa is a major money making scam !!!!

The Dockmaster / Mike was great! However, the boat was not tied up well and on 12/27/23 a highly unusual windy day, severely damaged my boat at the dock.

Returned again and Michael did not disappoint. Great service and you can be confident your vessel will be looked after while you on are property. Dockage is somewhat expensive, but worth it for the overall package.

We really love this property. We are thankful for DockMaster Smith whom I had contacted prior to arrival. We were arriving on his day off and he made pre arrangements with Zachary from the Hotel to assist us during our arrival. The Marina is small, cozy and super convenient if you are staying at the Hotel. They have water and electricity. Being able to take the boat out for a majestic sunset and return back to the Hotel is a true convenience. We plan to return.

This was our third year staying at Playa Largo. The dock and marina area are in excellent condition and easily accessible. The dock master Micheal was very professional and helpful with all of our needs as well as providing some local knowledge of the surrounding waterways.
I highly recommend the resort and having the boat out back is a must. Going back next year for sure!

I’ve been here 14 times with my 40ft boat. Absolutely incredible experience every time. This is always a stop while in the keys. Mike the dock master is incredibly helpful and responsive. The resort is incredible the entire staff always goes above and beyond for my family. This is one of my favorite places to take the boat. 5 stars highly recommend!

Horrible
I called the Hotel in advance to make sure I can bring my boat and they have a ramp and storage for the trailer and I was told they have everything on the Hotel not to worry
I get here and there is nothing only a small dock and no place to Launch the Boat
I had to strangle to find a ramp and a place to storage the trailer and end up damaging my brand new Silverado trying to get to a ramp around the Hotel
I really hope the staff at the Hotel can be properly Train so customer don’t go thru to what I just went with my Family this weekend .

Terrible experience. We have been going to Playa Largo by boat for 5 years. For the first time yesterday, they had us download Dockwa and pay $21.50 to dock. We were then escorted to the front desk to confirm our reservation, which I thought was the Dockwa reservation, but were then asked to pay $50/person for a resort pass, which we declined and then were asked to leave. Had we been informed of this resort fee initially, we never would have paid to dock. We will dispute the docking charge. The resort missed out on about $500+ on the bar tab we usually spend.
