Had a really nice stay visiting friends. Very nice dock staff with a small marina store. Floating docks are very nice and no issues with electrical. Definitely would return if we ever find ourselves on Lake Champlain.
Glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope you make it back to the lake someday.

Amazingly friendly. We were low on fuel and made what was going to be a quick stop, but decided to stay the evening. Ended up staying a couple more nights to reprovision because the access to a store was easier than planned.
Thank you for the kind words, glad we were able to accommodate!

Dockhands are always very friendly and are knowledgeable boaters! Always come here for gas, prices are reasonable and free pumpouts are a plus. Bathrooms are always clean!
Glad to hear! We are always here to help.

Extremely pretentious patrons. If your boat is not worth at least $1 million, don't bother docking here. Website says transients are welcome, but we were not welcomed. Other patrons told us we belonged at the city dock, they claimed it was a private marina, and they concluded by threatening to kill our captain. There is no signage stating that this is a private marina, and nobody approached us to pay a fee; there were no employees in sight. The manager was not helpful, most likely because he did not want to lose the business of his pompous wealthy patrons. You'll find another marina if you know what's good for you.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I know it was a few years ago now, but I would like to extend an invitation to return. We do ask that you use Dockwa to make all reservations, or at least call ahead. We do not advertise short term / hourly dockage as it is not always available. If you are looking for short term dockage please call ahead of time or hail us on the vhf and we will let you know if we have space available. It sounds like you may have helped yourself to a slip, which may cause our seasonal dock customers to approach in an unsettling manor. I am sorry to hear about your experience and I can assure you that is not how we would like our employees or customers to react.
