So we did go back a few time since out last review and it was the most amazing time again cleaner and so enjoyable. DJ Glenn whom also works in the store thank you so much for the laughs and fun BINGO games always a great conversation with you. Thanks to the Dockmaster such a pleasure. I never thought that I would make a review like this BUT we have been going to Watch Hill for a few years now and it was Always a very quiet and the utmost pleasurable and extremely enjoyable experience would absolutely recommend to everyone who loves the beach and a quiet vacation. They always give us one slip for a few reasons we have outboards and my husband has both knee replacements and he can’t jump to the dock and I have medical issues that it would be impossible for me to also. But that’s a different story. But they changed the slip to another corner which was fine, we were actually excited to go to another corners and have a chance to see how it was in a different place. Well the people around us were so loud and roudy until 330am we didn’t mind but the yelling and screaming till all hours was really uncalled for, the next night it was until around 11pm. Just really uncalled for they had no consideration. Went jnto the rest rooms and they were absolutely disgusting with feces all over the toilets and no toilet paper. So we went up to the other rest rooms. A few hours later we went to the restroom again and it was never cleaned it was like that even after we left disgusting. Also the garbage it was all over flowed flying all over and had to try and push it down in the pail so it did t go in the water. As a matter of fact we brought our garbage home. We tried to find a Dock Master and nobody was there. We thought a place like this huge family vacation place would have a Dock Master at the place at all times. We have reservations in October and don’t know if we will be going back it’s really sad we love this place but this put a bad taste in our mouth

Another wonderful stay at Watch Hill! A beautiful marina with tasty food, fun music & always meeting new friends! We were able to make it out 5 or 6 times this summer and each stay was great.

The dockmaster John was very accommodating, we requested a broadside slip, as my wife is handicapped, and being a sailboat we cannot back up to the dock. None were available. However, when we arrived John was able to conjure up a very nice broadside slip very close to the facilities which made our stay very pleasurable.

Beautiful location, realistic rates, great staff and general calm "vibe" is why we keep coming back. Thanks to John for the warm welcome and great slip assignment. After "season" it gets nicely quiet but Dockmaster John seems to wear many hats to keep the environment running smoothly. Hope to be back before Columbus Day! PATIENCE

Dock master and dock hands were attentive and informative and the on site manager Glen took care of everything seamlessly, can't wait to stay again
Marina Response:
hi joseph, thank you for the kind review and to clarify our general manager is Doug Biviano.

It was an amazing stay largely due to the tremendous dockmaster’s!
Marina Response:
Yes we have a cancellation policy. It is posted on Dockwa. Thank you.

There was no one there when we arrived. We did not get a slip assignment or help docking. A fellow boater had to call someone at Dockwa to fi nd out where we should go. Very poor service -- you owe my one night's dockage fee!
Marina Response:
Hi Bruce I am sorry you had a poor experience, our staff works very hard to create a welcoming and clean marina and park for our quests to enjoy. Since your arrival was on a Tuesday during our low staffing period We usually email slip assignments though the Dockwa app. But as hard as our staff and I work to earn 5star reviews sometimes we fall short and could do a better job so my apologies we will continue to work hard to earn your satisfaction. DM John
