Our stay with Kim at Boothbay Harbor Marina was such a great pleasure. Her upbeat welcoming personality really makes this a marina worth stopping at. Tucked in right at the small villages epicenter this marina is definitely the right choice for your visit to beautiful Boothbay.

We love our stay at Boothbay Harbor Marina, voted for the 3rd year in a row, Best Marina in Maine. You can’t go wrong with the owners Kim and Chris. They are attentive to every detail and always there with a smile. The atmosphere of the other guests makes this special gem even more special.

We had an awesome time at Boothbay. Kim had been foreshadowed to us - and was a phenomenal owner, manager, and person. She was so helpful in many ways - not the least in finding us a day captain for our yacht Chaos. In today's world, it is great to find communities and people who care about people! Thanks, Kim!

Having spent the summer visiting new places we have to say we found our favorite. The proximity to town is a major plus even though on dock it feels quiet and secluded. The harbor is beautiful and diverse. The vibe on dock is what puts it over the top. Led by Kim’s welcoming personality it seems like all on the dock follow that lead and it makes for a memorable and comfortable visit.

Our expectations were high and they were met! Friendly and responsive staff. Clean facilities, everything worked and super convenient location right next to shops and restaurants. We would definitely come here again.

8/14/26-We enjoyed Boothbay Harbor very much. The docks very good. The dock staff were excellent. We enjoyed exploring town and took a trip out to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which was amazing. A few notes for boaters. There is no Lyft or Uber service. If you need to get around, call Bo Bo's Coastal Cabs. He was amazingly helpful!
We had a minor issue with loud music from one of the restaurants, but the marina owners addressed it. Thanks, Kim!
We highly recommend stopping in Boothbay Harbor and staying at the Boothbay Harbor Marina!

Boothbay Harbor Marina is a very special family run operation, with Kim at the helm. She does a wonderful job of going above and beyond and the 5 star rating should actually be higher. Great protected location, steps away from the heart of Boothbay with plenty to see and do. Check out the Thistle Inn and catch a great show at the Opera House, both just a short walk from the marina. Even our canine crew member, Little Bear gets excited when we are headed for Boothbay. Two thumbs and four paws up!

It’s hard to say something new and different about BBH Marina, but it is our favorite stop so far on our Maine cruise for ‘26. From the excellent advice on entering the harbor to making changes to allow us extra days, Kim and the team nailed it. Clean, well managed facilities and an overall great atmosphere. BBH Marina is the place to go.

Boothbay Harbor Marina was by far our favorite stop in Maine. Kim sent us the docking specifics in advance and was very helpful bringing us in. It’s a smaller family owned marina with a fabulous location and great amenities. Perfect!

Boothbay harbor marina is a must stop on our trip to Maine. Kim and here team do a great job welcoming everyone to Boothbay. Right in the heart of downtown makes everything convenient. We have been there for a week the last two years and plan to keep it up every season. Thank you Kim and team!

Kim and all the wonderful folks staying at Boothbay Harbor Marina made our stay fantastic. Location was in the center of town but without being disruptive or inconvenient. The marina provides everything we could need and if they didn't have it a 1 minute walk led us to everything else. Will definitely come back soon.

The team at the marina is excellent and make you feel very welcomed. Facilities are very clean and the location is very protected and close to town.
