Washington Waterfront Docks

Loved being right in front of the town! Dockhands were quite nice and helpful.

Super friendly and helpful, great location for shops and restaurants, beautiful views, nice loaner bikes and $5 per day laundry room use.

Dock-masters where a great help and the town was wonderful. Definitely going back.

Friendly dock master! Showers and restrooms were clean. The waterfront in Washington is worth a visit. Lots of great places to eat, and places to shop. We will be back!

We arrived hours earlier than expected and had just approached the free docks. The dockmaster recognized the name of our boat and placed us in our slip ahead of the specified check in time. He was very cordial and helped secure our sailboat. They even hauled our garbage away for us! The docks are well maintained and the bathrooms and showers are clean and well supplied. Downtown is just a block away for those who like to shop and dine. We checked out a day early as Tropical Storm Ophelia was headed toward our home. As we left before the office opened, I left a note in the drop box and we were only charged for the one night. I would highly recommend the Washington Waterfront Docks to any boater.

The fixed docks are in good repair with convenient power pedestals and water. The dock staff are all very helpful and attentive. Their facilities are very clean with two shower/heads. Very nice town with convenient dining and drinks at different price points depending on your choice. We will be visiting again.

Such great Dockmasters and facilities. Plus there's lots to see and do in Washington downtown just steps from the city docks.

Friendly Dockmasters John and Rick were outstanding. Helped us Dock the boat right away. Restrooms are clean and the showers were hot. Had delicious meals and drinks on the downtown waterfront. Taxi available if it was needed. We could walk to just about anywhere’. A pleasant experience…we will be back

Excellent staff on the docs! Beautiful little town with great shops and a variety of really good restaurants! Very dog friendly area! Beautiful docks with electric and water! I would highly recommend Washington waterfront docs! We will be here again soon…

Super stay. Very helpful dockmaster squeezed us onto a day dock so we could get water and power. $10 for 6ish hours. (They’re flexible). We’ll mostly anchor nearby as our boat is self sufficient, but come to dock on occasion for water top off instead of running the watermaker in turbid water. Beautiful town and worth the visit.

Awesome, helpful people who really care and stay on top of everything. Many good restaurants around the docks. Nice, clean showers.

Washington is a great small town that really embraces the riverfront. Transient docking is along the long face dock at the foot of the park. We were there on a weekend and there was constant activity along the whole waterfront as well as downtown. Marina office and showers/restrooms are a bit of a walk from K dock but we are self contained and rarely use marina facilities.

The docks are great. Dockmasters are very helpful. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. Can’t beat the price.

A perfect place to spend a weekend! Docks were in great shape and staff came right down to meet us and help with lines. Bathrooms were clean and serviceable. So much to do (and eat!!!) within a short walk. It was an easy ride for our friends from Raleigh to come visit. Would definitely stay here again.

If you visit, just go ahead and add a day or 2 extra. A great location with great people.

Top notch marina and staff in beautiful setting.

Washington, or Little Washington as we say in North Carolina, is a lovely town with some great restaurants. The marina is a nice facility in the heart of town. If they had floating docks I would give it five stars. The dockmaster is a great representative for the town!
